Say the name Jesus Christ.
This name, hence this person, is the most known and name used in the entire world and its history.
I would challenge anyone to differ.
This name, these two words, has caused the most outrage as well as the deepest of love.
The name can be used by some as the enhancement for profanity and yet there are people literally on their knees in worship of the very same.
The name is popular enough to be found in millions of people’s everyday non-religious conversations or it’s used in prayer or in various teaching venues.
The name is known by the youngest and oldest of people who walk the earth.
The name is voiced in every language and by doing so generates the same variety of responses.
There have never been more books written, songs sung or pictures painted of any other person.
Where else or by who else has history been more altered. Our entire calendar is benchmarked by this name. (BC or AD)
If a name is so well known it’s understandable why one would think more people would want to better understand who this person is and what’s was his story.
It is my wish that everyone would seek to understand who Jesus Christ is then let the facts lead them to their own conclusion.
I imagine a simple question when the name comes up.
What do you know about him?
Then see where the conversation goes from there.
Just a Thought…
