Lord, good morning.
Thank you for another day of life.
May I praise you and rejoice in this new day.
Lord, it’s likely that I will face trials of many different kinds today, some that I can see coming and yet many that I don’t.
Lord, give me the strength to endure any discomfort while I wait on your comfort to come.
Lord, may I claim your victory and rest in your peace in the midst of these trials.
Lord, may I be reminded of your promises that you are always with me and that through Jesus I can do all things. You transform my fear into trust.
As I finish this prayer, Lord, may I be filled with your Holy Spirit that I will seek your will, not mine.
In Jesus name amen.

Trials and Temptations
2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds,
3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
Night time
Lord, I put my head on my pillow and reflect on today. I’m grateful that your sun came up and set once again, leaving your moon and stars to look at
I think of all that took place today. Thank you for watching over me and protecting me.
Lord, is there anything or anybody I need to make amends?
Lord, is their anything I need to confess?
Lord, thank you for your love.
As I sleep tonight, may my thoughts be of my love for you.
